With he amazing weather in HB the city has done a fantastic job closing a portion of Main street to allow the restaurants to expand their outdoor dining and allow more social distancing. Pacific City also has excellent outdoor dining.

This one-level, 3BR/2BA home has an attached 2-car garage, WiFi/Internet, back and front patios, a central atrium, vinyl plank flooring throughout and ceiling fans in every room/area.
Special features/amenities include three pools a sauna, a jacuzzi, two tennis courts, a basketball court, a fenced children’s playground, wide, quiet streets with ample parking, two BBQs,
two refrigerators, California State Park Pass (for free California State Park (beach) parking), a comprehensive Welcome Book and much more!

About the home.
The Kitchen is well-stocked with eating/cooking/baking/serving/storing implements and utensils for preparing and enjoying all your home-cooked meals (and BBQs!).
The appliances include a refrigerator (with ice maker), gas range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, George Foreman, blender, mixer, etc.
The dining area is next to the kitchen, has two counter stools and has access to the atrium.
The Living Room has a 50” TV with Directv (100’s of channels, including Spanish and Brazilian), DVD player, leather queen sleeper sofa, two recliners, corner sofa, fireplace
and opens out to the sizeable back patio. An additional two ‘mobile mattresses’ are stored in the Master Bedroom closet and can be laid on the floor in the living room.
The entry closet stores a card table and four chairs, many board and dice games, a vacuum, large standing fan, etc.
The Master Bedroom /Bathroom is at the back of the home and separated from the other two bedrooms by the kitchen/living room.
The MBR has a queen bed (with a cool-foam topper), a TV with Directv access, DVD player, window AC, large closet, tower fan and opens up to the central atrium.
The MBath is wide enough to accommodate a walker, has a comfort height toilet, cabinets to store items, is well lit and the tiled shower has a seat, a pull-out shower handle and safety bars.
The 2nd Bedroom has a queen bed (with a cool-foam topper), large closet, ironing board, tower fan and also opens up to the central atrium. No TV in this room.
The 3rd Bedroom has two twin beds (can be combined for a trundle bed), closet, tower fan and window at the front of the home.
There is also a baby’s crib mattress (in case a little one is to be kept nearby mom and dad) and a Pack-N-Play stored in the closet. There is a TV/DVD player (no Directv).
The 2nd Bathroom has a tub/shower combination, a comfort height toilet, several cabinets to store items and is well lit.
The Garage is a 2-car garage; however, due to the items stored in the garage, it fits one car with room to spare, but not two cars.
There are adult and children’s bikes, helmets, boogie/body boards, various beach toys, beach umbrella, beach chairs, a 2nd refrigerator, tennis racquets/balls, etc. for your use during your stay. The garage has a washer, dryer and a utility sink, all free to use.
The Back Patio and Atrium both have BBQs and a patio table and chairs. The back patio also has a small bistro set under the tree canopy.
An 8’ fence ensures privacy from the neighbors (whom keep to themselves and have no issues with the home being a furnished/vacation rental).
Parking is in the garage and on the street directly in front. This community is not gated and the streets are wide enough to accommodate parked cars and cars driving both ways on the street.
The neighborhood is not a ‘pass-thru’ community so no crazy drivers and rather quiet at night.
Please note, none of the common/shared walls are with neighbor’s bedrooms. Also, a mobile AC unit is in the home and may be used in multiple areas.
Our special home is part of a special community that is welcoming to families. Please, no party groups.
There is also a school park on one side of the community and just across Brookhurst St., there is a small wildish park called Talbert Park.
The Santa Ana River bike trail is accessible just off of Brookhurst and takes you directly to the beach. When the bike trail ends at the sand, turn left,
you will be entering Newport Beach and turn right, you are on your way to the iconic Huntington Beach Pier.

Terms: A signed copy of your contract is required, along with a copy of your driver’s license or similar that shows name and age and must be emailed or faxed or texted. You must be 25 years old to book this home and we usually have a 5 day minimum. No Parties: No parties/ gatherings without permission or excessive noise allowed or you will forfeit all or a portion of the money. This means no extra people than the people in your group listed on your contract. No Smoking Policy: Absolutely NO smoking is permitted in the home, no vape pens are permitted inside the home. Evidence of any kind of smoking inside the home could result in the forfeit of your entire deposit. Some homes do not even allow smoking outside of the house, and will be noted on the contract. No Pets: No pets are permitted in our homes. There are a few homes that do permit some pets. If you have permission to have a pet, you must sign the special pet contract and pay an additional security deposit. Separate accidental damage insurance may be required. All pet terms are to be mutually agreed upon by renter and owner. Excessive Damages/ Security deposits: I understand that my security deposit can be used to pay for damages or excessive cleaning or mess or breach of contract. You have paid for light cleaning but if the house requires heavy cleaning you will be charged extra. For example: Heavy cleaning is for when wiping down hardwood floors it is not good enough and it needs a Professional cleaning due to spills and/or damage. Please note, the guest is fully liable for any malicious damage, damage due to gross neglect or misuse of the property, and/or need for excessive cleaning. Costs incurred for the repair or cleaning of any such abuse to the property, will be the paid by the guests. WiFi and Cable: Amenities such as WiFi and cable are kept in as best working order as possible. Occasionally, disruptions in service occur and may take up to 72 hours to resolve, and may require your assistance. Your assistance might entail, for example, calling Time Warner on our behalf and having them walk you through a reboot, or letting us know when you plan to be at the house so that we can schedule a service visit. Some home require the owner to handle the reboot so you will need to call us first. Cancellations: Once your booking is confirmed there are no refunds for cancellations outside the cancellation policy. Check-In and Out: Check-in is anytime after 4 pm. Check out is at 10am. Upon full payment, signed contract and copy of ID we will provide you with a code to let yourself into the property 7 days prior to arrival as we change the codes regularly. This home typically has a 30-day minimum stay requirement; however, shorter term stays can be considered at our permitted short term rentals and lower weekly and monthly rates may be available so please contact us to find out more about any specials.
