We are looking for responsible winter tenants at our furnished home and we may consider a full time long term tenant, the property is newly furnished.
This space is special and includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a home office area in the master bedroom complete with ocean views and a second balcony overlooking the ocean. Within walking distance is a gorgeous park overlooking the ocean that stands between you and the beach.
PARKING: The complex has a parking area right outside our unit for 2 cars plus a large 2 car garage and 2 cars in the driveway.

A separate laundry room upstairs is complete with brand new appliances, a full size washer and dryer.
Kitchen amenities include: dishwasher, full size new refrigerator, instant hot water, Jenn-air oven, and new pull out self- closing drawers.
The luxurious dining room easily sits eight to ten with it’s huge glass table and a full view of the harbor.
