Steps from the downtown Huntington Beach Main Street area with tons of restaurants, bars, and shopping. This property is a few minutes walk to the Huntington Beach Pier, Huntington Beach and the Pacific City shopping area. Pacific City is an outdoor ocean view shopping and dining center with more shops, bars and restaurants for you to enjoy!
With the amazing weather in HB the city has done a fantastic job of closing off a portion of Main street to allow the restaurants to expand their outdoor dining and allow more social distancing. Pacific City also has excellent outdoor dining.
This fantastic property has a kitchenette with a small fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, and hot plate to start your day with a continental breakfast.
Our studio is the ideal alternative to an expensive hotel room. It has a king bed, a full size sofa bed that can fit one adult or 2 small children and a small kitchenette, mini fridge with 2 burner hot plate and 2 bathrooms for you to enjoy.
Enjoy the private balcony with views of Main Street, you also have access to the rooftop deck with loungers and umbrella to enjoy those gorgeous sunsets.
2 Bathrooms, one in the studio and the other is accessed by walking through the carport and is a full bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub.
This studio is part of a larger complex so it is not a private rooftop patio, it is shared. You have to enter through the side gate of the complex but once you understand the entry you will instantly fall in love with the ocean view.
Please no party groups and no smoking or vaping is allowed, the owners do live onsite. You have access to the entire studio, private bathroom, extra bathroom located in the car port area, and the shared rooftop patio.
Huntington Beach Properties–City of HB requires a 1 month min please inquire for shorter stays at our permitted short term rentals.
COVID 19- for last minute reservations we may require proof of residency to show that you have a home to return to after your stay and proof of employment. HOUSE RULES:
-After you reserve we will have sign our rental agreement online, below is a summary of our house rules.
-You must be 28 years of age If you are less than 25 years of age an additional damage deposit will be applied if we decide to accept your reservation.
NO PARTIES:
-No parties/ gatherings without permission or excessive noise allowed or you will forfeit all or a portion of any charges or Refundable Damage Deposit.
-No excessive noise or gathering outside after 9 pm.
-No extra people than the people in your group listed above.
NO SMOKING:
– All of our properties are NO SMOKING.
– Evidence of smoking or vaping inside of home can result in loss of damage deposit.
