This is a 4 bedroom but since there is more demand in Cabo for smaller groups and couples we are offering this as a 2 bedroom with bonus room. Enjoy 2 Ocean view master bedrooms with king beds plus a third master bedroom with king plus bonus room with 2 bunk beds with 2 full beds on the bottom and 2 single beds on top and 3 bathrooms. This premier floor plan is situated on the 2nd floor in the coveted building #5 of the development – most conveniently located close to the Beach Club Pools, Restaurants, Gym and Spa. The resort also is home to trip advisor’s #1 rated Restaurant & Bar in Cabo San Lucas “Cocina y Cantina”. The unit features a wraparound terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and all the modern conveniences.

General notes:

 

  1. There is a maximum capacity of 56 people.
  2. Maximum of 10 diners per table.
  3. Each table has a separation of  4 meters with each other.
  4. Customers are required to enter by wearing a face mask.
  5. Table set will be done at the very moment of receiving customers at the table, not before.
  6. Napkins and silverware will be delivered in sealed paper bags.
  7. Beach seating only allowed for homeowners and guests, not for public customers.
  8. No walk-ins will be allowed only by reservation.
  9. Restaurant will provide QR codes for all the menus.
  10. Room service menu will be shared to homeowners and guests.
  11. Land´s End Bar will be set up exclusively for homeowners to enjoy the 50% discount on meals, beverages not included.

We arrange your access through the front desk, though you are still considered our guest. You have access all of the resort amenities such as daily housekeeping, the pool and Jacuzzi with poolside service, the amazing restaurant, putting green and gym and concierge services.

Located on 1,600 lineal feet of prime beachfront at Medano Beach, Hacienda consists of 109 homes with three distinct styles: two-story detached beachfront villas, view- oriented attached resort residences and penthouses atop four to six-story buildings available for purchase and vacation rental. This 4 Bedroom/3.5 Bath Residence is designer perfect and is one of the only units that has custom finishes. From the unobstructed views you will see cruise ships arrive in the early morning and have an evening view reminiscent of a Rio Di Janeiro skyline.

 

Pet Friendly units. If you have rented a pet friendly unit -Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet waste.  Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. All pets must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations.  Heart-worm prevention is highly recommended. All pets are to be treated with flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. Complaints of loud barking can result in termination of the rental agreement, you and/or the pet would need to be vacated from the property. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. So Cal Hot Properties and its owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that humans or pets may incur while on the premises. Separate Pet Deposits and Fees are due where applicable.

 

 

House rules

After you reserve we will have sign our rental agreement online, below is a summary of our house rules.

 

 

You must be 28 years of age If you are less than 25 years of age an additional damage deposit will be applied if we decide to accept your reservation.

 

No Parties: No parties/ gatherings without permission or excessive noise allowed or you will forfeit all or a portion of any charges or Refundable Damage Deposit. No excessive noise or gathering outside after 9 pm. This means no extra people than the people in your group listed above.

 

All of our homes are NO SMOKING homes.

 

 

Check-In and Out: Check-in is anytime after 4 pm. Check out is at 10am. Upon receipt of full payment, signed contract and copy of ID, we will provide you with a security code and check in instructions for the property.
