With he amazing weather in HB the city has done a fantastic job closing a portion of Main street to allow the restaurants to expand their outdoor dining and allow more social distancing. Pacific City also has excellent outdoor dining.
Amazing location just steps to Main Street and the beach just 7 houses away from the beach and 5 houses back from the beach and 3 houses from Main Street. Our newly remodeled home (completed Mar 2020) has new patio doors, windows, half bath, upstairs shower, paint, floorings, Staircase, Kitchen, and kitchen appliances. This house is close enough to walk to the action, yet far enough away to have quiet family time or a romantic getaway. You must be 28 years old to rent our home.
There is plenty of space for multi-generational families to spread out: 3 balconies, 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, with a first-floor master bedroom for those persons who have difficulty going up/down stairs. We have 3 portable AC units. We offer quite a few amenities such as TV and foosball table and a sunny back yard with bbq, beach gear and wagon. Don’t worry, there is plenty of parking as well, a real asset in the busy downtown area. 2-car garage with room for a 2 small cars in the garage and a 3rd spot parking parallel behind the garage and free street parking right out front.
Location, Location Location!! 1-block to the beach, 2 blocks to Downtown, 5 blocks to Pacific City- excellent shopping and dining.. Pacific City open! 31 Acres of Oceanfront Dining, Shopping and Entertainment.

Dogs are considered on a case by case basis please reach out to us first and tell us what kind of dog you wish to bring, age weight and breed for your breed. We prefer one dog not multiple dogs but feel free to ask. We do not allow cats.
Pet Friendly units. If you have rented a pet friendly unit -Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet waste. Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. All pets must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heart-worm prevention is highly recommended. All pets are to be treated with flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. Complaints of loud barking can result in termination of the rental agreement, you and/or the pet would need to be vacated from the property. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. So Cal Hot Properties and its owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that humans or pets may incur while on the premises. Separate Pet Deposits and Fees are due where applicable.
After you reserve, we will have you sign our rental agreement online, below is a summary of our house rules.
You must be 28 years of age If you are less than 25 years of age an additional damage deposit will be applied if we decide to accept your reservation.
No Parties: No parties/ gatherings without permission or excessive noise allowed or you will forfeit all or a portion of any charges or Refundable Damage Deposit. No excessive noise or gathering outside after 9 pm. This means no extra people than the people in your group listed above.
All of our homes are NO SMOKING homes. Evidence of smoking or vaping inside of home can result in loss of damage deposit.
Check-In and Out: Check-in is anytime after 4 pm. Check out is at 10am. Upon receipt of full payment, signed contract and copy of ID, we will provide you with a security code and check in instructions for the property.
