This home has 2 large bedrooms and an upstairs loft that opens to the downstairs living room area. The master has a California King bed with a 55″ Sansung 4k HDR TV and Spectrum cable box. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a 50″ Roku TV connect to WiFi through a 400 mps Spectrum cable modem internet connection.
There are 2 1/2 baths, including a glass enclosed shower & tub in the master bathroom, a fully enclosed 2 car garage, and a private driveway providing parking for two additional cars.
The upstairs bedrooms and loft all have brand new carpet and the entire unit was just repainted. Included in the renovation are brand new blinds throughout the house new Quartz countertops in the kitchen. In the updated kitchen you will also find a brand new dishwasher, brand new gas stove/oven, brand new sink, brand new garbage
disposal and new faucet. In the garage, you will find a brand new washer and brand new dryer.
The flooring downstairs in the kitchen, dining area, and entry way is tile. The living room flooring is brand new stain resistant vinyl plank that looks like wood. With he amazing weather in HB the city has done a fantastic job closing a portion of Main street to allow the restaurants to expand their outdoor dining and allow more social distancing. Pacific City also has excellent outdoor dining.
After you reserve we will have sign our rental agreement online, below is a summary of our house rules.
You must be 28 years of age If you are less than 25 years of age an additional damage deposit will be applied if we decide to accept your reservation.
No Parties: No parties/ gatherings without permission or excessive noise allowed or you will forfeit all or a portion of any charges or Refundable Damage Deposit. No excessive noise or gathering outside after 9 pm. This means no extra people than the people in your group listed above.
All of our homes are NO SMOKING homes.
Check-In and Out: Check-in is anytime after 4 pm. Check out is at 10am. Upon receipt of full payment, signed contract and copy of ID, we will provide you with a security code and check in instructions for the property.
Dogs are considered on a case by case basis please reach out to us first and tell us what kind of dog you wish to bring, age weight and breed for your breed. We prefer one dog not multiple dogs but feel free to ask. We do not allow cats.
Pet Friendly units. If you have rented a pet friendly unit -Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet waste. Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. All pets must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heart-worm prevention is highly recommended. All pets are to be treated with flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. Complaints of loud barking can result in termination of the rental agreement, you and/or the pet would need to be vacated from the property. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. So Cal Hot Properties and its owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that humans or pets may incur while on the premises. Separate Pet Deposits and Fees are due where applicable.
