With the amazing weather in HB the city has done a fantastic job closing a portion of Main street to allow the restaurants to expand their outdoor dining and allow more social distancing. Pacific City also has excellent outdoor dining.

We are just up the street from the Huntington Beach Hyatt and Hilton if you are here for a convention. Take an evening walk or a mid-day bike ride to fabulous shopping and dinning. Enjoy sunbathing at the beach or just people-watching. One month minimum stay required. Please inquire for shorter stays at our permitted rentals. Everything you need from an evening barbecue to a day at the beach is on the premises. Huntington Beach (Surf City) has some of the most consistent waves on the coast, and offers great breaks for beginners and experts. Learn to surf at Corky Carols Surf School.
We have a 17 mile long beach front bike and walk path.
Garage and parking: The owner does store their truck in the garage, you can fit 1 car behind the garage and free parking out front and you can move the bikes in to the back yard to fit one car in the garage if you prefer.
This is a no-smoking home.
Pet Friendly units. If you have rented a pet friendly unit -Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet waste. Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. All pets must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heart-worm prevention is highly recommended. All pets are to be treated with flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. Complaints of loud barking can result in termination of the rental agreement, you and/or the pet would need to be vacated from the property. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. So Cal Hot Properties and its owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that humans or pets may incur while on the premises. Separate Pet Deposits and Fees are due where applicable.
After you reserve we will have sign our rental agreement online, below is a summary of our house rules.
You must be 28 years of age If you are less than 25 years of age an additional damage deposit will be applied if we decide to accept your reservation.
No Parties: No parties/ gatherings without permission or excessive noise allowed or you will forfeit all or a portion of any charges or Refundable Damage Deposit. No excessive noise or gathering outside after 9 pm. This means no extra people than the people in your group listed above.
All of our homes are NO SMOKING homes.
Check-In and Out: Check-in is anytime after 4 pm. Check out is at 10am. Upon receipt of full payment, signed contract and copy of ID, we will provide you with a security code and check in instructions for the property.
