With he amazing weather in HB the city has done a fantastic job closing a portion of Main street to allow the restaurants to expand their outdoor dining and allow more social distancing. Pacific City also has excellent outdoor dining.
Location, location, location, just what the doctor ordered. 4 bdrm 4 bathrooms on the first block to the beach steps to Main Street everything in this home was purchase brand-new the Fall of 2015. We are on the first block to the beach and only one block over from Main Street which keeps you far away from all of the action but close enough to get in the mix right away. All that Huntington Beach has the offer is just steps away. Our home is fully stocked and induces beach and bath towels and Linens, BBQ, 4 Boogie boards, 6 beach chairs a cooler, and a couple of beach toy sets in the cabinet in the garage. Pacific City Now open offering world-class shopping and dining but you don’t even have to go that far one block over begins the walk only outdoor shopping mall. Our home offers plenty of areas outside to gather including 2 balconies, a roof top deck with stunning views of Huntington Beach and a great spot to gather and watch sunset, a back yard with BBQ and large table to dine outside and a front yard great for people watching,
AC no need with the ocean breeze.
I have been in HB my entire life and never had AC, you just don’t need it, fans suffice.
The heat waves usually occur in Sept. October.

Pet Friendly units. If you have rented a pet friendly unit -Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet waste. Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. All pets must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heart-worm prevention is highly recommended. All pets are to be treated with flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. Complaints of loud barking can result in termination of the rental agreement, you and/or the pet would need to be vacated from the property. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. So Cal Hot Properties and its owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that humans or pets may incur while on the premises. Separate Pet Deposits and Fees are due where applicable.
After you reserve we will have sign our rental agreement online, below is a summary of our house rules.
You must be 28 years of age If you are less than 25 years of age an additional damage deposit will be applied if we decide to accept your reservation.
No Parties: No parties/ gatherings without permission or excessive noise allowed or you will forfeit all or a portion of any charges or Refundable Damage Deposit. No excessive noise or gathering outside after 9 pm. This means no extra people than the people in your group listed above.
All of our homes are NO SMOKING homes.
Check-In and Out: Check-in is anytime after 4 pm. Check out is at 10am. Upon receipt of full payment, signed contract and copy of ID, we will provide you with a security code and check in instructions for the property.
