Master bedroom: King bed and 2 twin beds
Large, unique master bedroom with king bed and loft reading room and a large walk in closet in the center separating the two twin beds on the other side of the room. This room sleeps a family of four.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
The second bedroom is also located on the second floor with a full bathroom with shower and bath tub in the hallway.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Located on the first floor with queen bed and a bathroom in the hallway.
Pool, Jacuzzi and tennis courts
Located in Newport crest enjoy a fully heated to 85 degrees year round large swimming pool shared by the community, Jacuzzi and tennis courts.
We offered a few bikes for you to use as well.

You do have a peak of the ocean from the balcony and we are a short walk from the beach with a wonderful ocean view park right out front.

PETS:
Dogs are considered on a case by case basis please reach out to us first and tell us what kind of dog you wish to bring: age, weight, and breed. We prefer one dog not multiple dogs but feel free to ask. We do not allow cats.
PET FRIENDLY UNITS:
If you have rented a pet friendly unit
-Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet waste.
-Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees.
-All pets must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heart-worm prevention is highly recommended.
-All pets are to be treated with flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets.
-Complaints of loud barking can result in termination of the rental agreement, you and/or the pet would need to be vacated from the property.
-All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner.
