With he amazing weather in HB the city has done a fantastic job closing a portion of Main street to allow the restaurants to expand their outdoor dining and allow more social distancing. Pacific City also has excellent outdoor dining.
This home home is in a superb location with air conditioning between the HB Pier which leads to Main street full of shops and restaurants and the brand new luxury shopping center called Pacific City with just a few houses between you and the beach.
The first master suite has a queen sized bed with a master bath attached. The second master suite is down a secluded hallway giving the room a lot of privacy with a queen bed and the master bath in this room has an extraordinary surprise, a full sized single standing bathtub (just like in the movies) and if thats not enough, right next to the tub is a full sized glass enclosed shower with Kohler rain shower heads. This master suite has its own private sun room located on the whole 3rd floor. The down stairs living room is spacious and cozy enough to have those extra people spend the night. Everyone has a little chef inside and this is the time for you to show it. Stainless steel furnishings and wood grain cabinetry makes this kitchen a scene from your favorite cooking show. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have full beds.
Bedding: All of the bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. We offer 2 Queen beds and 2 full bed and 2 air mattresses.

Pet Friendly units. If you have rented a pet friendly unit -Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet waste. Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. All pets must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heart-worm prevention is highly recommended. All pets are to be treated with flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. Complaints of loud barking can result in termination of the rental agreement, you and/or the pet would need to be vacated from the property. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. So Cal Hot Properties and its owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that humans or pets may incur while on the premises. Separate Pet Deposits and Fees are due where applicable.
After you reserve we will have sign our rental agreement online, below is a summary of our house rules.
You must be 28 years of age If you are less than 25 years of age an additional damage deposit will be applied if we decide to accept your reservation.
No Parties: No parties/ gatherings without permission or excessive noise allowed or you will forfeit all or a portion of any charges or Refundable Damage Deposit. No excessive noise or gathering outside after 9 pm. This means no extra people than the people in your group listed above.
All of our homes are NO SMOKING homes.
Check-In and Out: Check-in is anytime after 4 pm. Check out is at 10am. Upon receipt of full payment, signed contract and copy of ID, we will provide you with a security code and check in instructions for the property.
Waiver of Liability.
