Overall good. Single thermostat in kitchen for 3 floors made it a little difficult to regulate temp. Needs maintenance . Numerous burned out bulbs. Hinge on kitchen cabinet. door broken so door not useable,. Has whole house sound system but no instructions. Patio plastic furniture has numerous cracks in stress areas. Can pinch skin if not careful. Grill need terminal cleaning.

Four of us traveled to Huntington Beach, CA for a conference nearby. Rather than staying in an expensive hotel, we stayed here! It was so much better. The house is spacious and accommodates four people with their own ample space and privacy! We were within walking distance to EVERYTHING you'd want to see in HB and one block from the ocean. There were some minor issues, like the combination given for the door was incorrect and there was a small electrical issue that was resolved very quickly and

This was a wonderful vacation home, especially for our large family! SO close to the beach! The town of Huntington Beach is so much fun...for all ages! Great restaurants, lots of stores, and every Tuesday night Main Street is transformed into an amazing adventure of shopping, food, music, farmer's market, and fun activities for the kids! All within a short 5 minute walk from the house! We all had a great time...

Great location! We had such a great time and never used our bikes because every thing was so close. Looking forward to going back.
