Great house and the property management was very responsive to our requests for extras like towels and bikes, etc. Definitely will be visiting again!

cannot beat the location....It's perfect....steps to the beach, Pier, and Main Street.

This house is Amazing! The location was perfect and the home was super clean. We loved being able to use the bikes & surf boards at the beach...And the relaxing Jacuzzi at the end of the day.
We walked to the beach every day, walked to shops and restaurants.
We had all the amenities that were necessary at this beautiful home.
Mike is so accommodating and let us know that if we needed anything, he was just a phone call away. Our Family has been renting thru So. Cal Hot Properties for

We had a wonderful vacation in CA. The house was very clean and accommodating. If we come back to CA for another vacation, we will be sure to look this house up again!
The set up of the house with each bedroom having their own bathroom was a great fit for us.

Fabulous home in an excellent location, steps to the beach, pier and Main Street. We loved staying in this home, very comfortable and the private patio with jacuzzi was awesome.

The stay was great. The view was amazing and the home was very well cleaned. The only down side was the 2 flights of stairs however it allowed us to get in our steps for the day. We really enjoyed ourselves and the proximity to stores and restaurants. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.
