The Perfect SoCal Vacation Experience

The location of this unit was perfect for us, close enough to walk to the beach or the restaraunts of Main Street and the HB Pier, about .2 mile , without the noise of Main Street or PCH. You are just a block away from the beach. We even walked to St Mary's by the Sea Church on Sunday as that was only a few blocks away on 10th street. The condo is spacious and has 4 bathrooms, one downstairs and 3 upstairs with the 4 bedrooms. The bedrooms are like you see in the pics and have enough beds for a large group. While we did not avail ourselves of it , there were beach towels and beach chairs available to use. Great place for out of towners to get familar with HB or for a staycation. The host Michael was very responsive and answered questions in advance.

House was way bigger than expected and lots of good hang out space inside and outside which was great!

Great place, great location, great amenities. My family had such a great time. The beach cruisers were an awesome touch. Lots of beach chairs and beach umbrellas as well. Overall it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be returning

The location was great and close to the beach and shops/restaurants. Had a mixup on the reservation but Michael came thru to make it right. He is a great host that responds immediately to any request. Wish the home had central air or a/c units in all rooms. But overall, we had a great time, felt safe and enjoyed his beautiful home.
